Hurricane Hunting

All,
   Hope everything is booyah out there from the 'Sota to the 'Dota and everywhere else.  First off, flooding in Illinois this past weekend was ridiculous.  I know several of you took on water.  Bad news in Mendota.  But, thankfully a dry week comes just in time.  Never can I remember two tropical systems to impact northern Illinois in the same year, let alone in a two week span.
    Here, all is very well.  I must make this short because I am low on time now, but I will allow this photo to sum up my past few great days:

Thanks to Dana, and Becky too, for the fantastic  time in the Sunshine State!  Best trip of my '08 adventures thus far.

Also, of note, I have welcomed 271 e-mails into my personal inbox over the past three days.  Mengler, Guider, and Vujea with 240+ of those sent on their corporate (slash inappropriate) chatter, and Peach sending me three requests to join Facebook too.  Hilarious!  I just have a hunch there may be some comments from the aforementioned folk, and likely others too this time around...

And you know how we do it, from the 'Sota to the 'Dota and to the Flo'da...mmmbooyah!
