Indian Summer Coming

Woo woo,
Top of the morning folks.  Most of you had quite the cool morning for late October standards.  Not the case here in the 'Sota, where we were well warmer than our normal morning lows.  Check this out, at 5 am here were the the temps ... Minneapolis: 46 ...  Chicago / DeKalb:  32  ...  Peoria:  38  ....  Dayton:  28  ....  Paduuuuuucah:  34  ...  New Orleans:  36 ...  Orlando:  46.     Ahhhh, pays to be in the northland!  So mild up here I'm sleeping in my skimpys today.  You can thank southerly winds in Minnesota all last night for the warmer readings and a huge Canadian high over the eastern third of the country for the cool values.  That's why it was so cold in Philly last night for the World Series game.  By the way, Twins 2009!

5 am temps (upper left hand num)

The big Halloween coming up tomorrow.  I know several of you have some plans of dressing up.  Mengler is going to be Will Ferrell's character in "Semi-Pro".  Saw the outfit and that's horrible Mengler.  Send a pic and I will post it on the Breeze next week.  It would be my final post!  I personally haven't done anything on the Hallow's Eve for many years except 2004.  That's when in Paduuuucah went out for a party with some friends.  I had nothing to dress up in so was encouraged to just wear my PJs and bath robe and call myself Hugh Hefner.  Ha!  No bunnies but it was a really fun time.  I will never forget the smoked ribs I had at that party.  Amazing.  Jimmy you weren't there were ya?  Were you on the newspaper Police Beat that night???  Haha!  Paducah Police Beat.....

That's about it here.  Indian summer is on the way for the Midwest into the first days of November.  Today nearly 70 in the Cities.  Top down for the first time since Chad and Jamie's wedding.  But for now, time to "sleep, sleep, sleep my sleepies out".  Name that children's musical artist?!

From the 'Sota, to the 'Dota, and yes to the Flo'da ........ mmmbooyah,
MTF
